Jump A Roos is a Party & Play Center named as the best indoor activity in Miami-Dade by South Florida Parenting magazine for two years in a row. The Party and Play center features a huge play floor multiple play structures and four party rooms, it is clear why Parents, Children of South Florida have recognized the birthday part and play center as the best in South Florida.

“Jump A Roos” had a wish to brand their new inflatables for their Inflatable Party & Play center. They wanted a giant 3D likeness of Joey their character along with the corporate colors and theme on the new 53’ Obstacle Course that would become the focal point of their center. They came to the one place that could do the entire project.

At this stage, the Graphic and Industrial design teams work together to incorporate the aesthetic and functional aspects of the unit that will meet the needs expressed by the customer.

Once the design elements are approved by the client, we proceed to define the visual aspects of the character and what is necessary to turn a 2d picture to a GIANT inflatable 3D structure.

After final approval and release by the customer of concept renderings, engineering and manufacturing staff covert the entire design concept to a road map to completion by compiling a complete Bill of Materials, CAD Design Cutting program, Printing an Manufacturing and sewing package. This plan is then entered into the manufacturing sequence in order to build the unit in allotted time presented to the customer. Only one organization could take such a complex process and deliver the desired outcome for the customer.

Getting started is straightforward. Advised Fefferman. “I would rather pay a little more, or in some cases a lot more, and get something that is going to be up up to the right standards and last a long time.”

He cautioned, “Make sure that they don't have lead in the vinyl and that is fire retardant. There is some vinyl that does have lead and that’s not necessarily a bad thing, but if you are dealing with kids it is not good it they go from playing or eating pizza and cake without washing their hands. So, it has to be certified lead free.”

Fefferman continued, “You have to determine the right mix for your space and your target customer base. Our vendor is inflatable Depot. We worked with them to find the right mix to cover the age groups we wanted. Also, given some of the ceiling height restrictions we have, they helped us find the right ones and advised how to arrange them.”
