Warranty Claim

Please read this

The Inflatable Depot understands how important it is to keep your units in the field and fully operational. On the very rare chance you have a warranty claim we request that you complete the following form in full detail. This form allows us to better understand your claim and respond much quicker. Claims are sent directly to Quality Control for disposition and copied to the company president and manufacturing management in order to review details and initiate corrective action when needed in design or manufacturing processes. You, our partner are helping us be the supplier that 'MEETS ALL YOUR DEMANDS'
Please do not ship or take any action until you have heard from us. If the claim is approved and the unit needs to be returned provide location for Pick-up. Please provide a business address to avoid additional charges.
